By submitting your story to UNINSPIRED through the UNWRITTEN Collective program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

   • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission (and we'll require written consent if your story is selected).

2. Story Use

   • By submitting, you grant UNINSPIRED the right to use, share, edit, and adapt your story across digital, social, print, and merchandise platforms, without further approval required.

   • We may use your story for promotional, marketing, merchandising, and brand storytelling purposes.

3. Selection Process

   • Submissions are reviewed internally. Not all submissions will be selected.

   • If selected, we will contact you using the information provided in your application.

4. Compensation

   • If your story inspires a limited-edition UNINSPIRED capsule collection, you will receive 5% of net profits from that capsule’s sales, calculated quarterly.

   • Payment will be made via PayPal, Venmo, or another mutually agreed method.

   • Taxes on any compensation received are the participant’s responsibility.

5. Ownership

   • You retain personal ownership of your story.

   • UNINSPIRED owns the designs, merchandise, and marketing materials created around the inspired capsule.

   • You allow UNINSPIRED to use your first name and/or social media handle if featured publicly, unless you request anonymity.

6. Warranties

   • You confirm your submission is your own original story.

   • You confirm your story does not infringe on any rights of others.

7. Community Standards

   • We reserve the right to decline stories containing hate speech, explicit illegal activity, or anything that contradicts UNINSPIRED’s mission of resilience, compassion, and realness.

8. Modification

   • UNINSPIRED may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, but major changes impacting participants will be communicated.
